Not Just More Training — The Right Training

More training alone doesn't guarantee improvement. The right training does.

Every Palmar session is built on the same professional standards and training principles I experienced throughout my career in Germany — while focusing on your child's individual needs, never the average of a group.

The Four Pillars

01

Individual Development

Small, focused sessions built around each player's strengths, challenges, and long-term goals. Every player receives meaningful coaching, maximum involvement, and no one-size-fits-all approach.

02

European Methods

The technical and tactical principles that define professional football in Europe — taught by someone who lived them.

03

Measurable Progress

Every player receives a personalized Palmar Development Plan and regular performance feedback. Depending on the membership, Veo video analysis and additional performance tools help measure progress over time.

04

Game Intelligence

Technical ability is only one part of the game. We also develop decision-making, awareness, positioning, and confidence under pressure.

How to Start

It all begins with a free, no-obligation 30-minute evaluation — a chance to meet Federico, talk through your player's goals, and see whether Palmar is the right fit. No cost, no sales pressure.

What a Session Looks Like

After joining Palmar, each player is closely observed during the first training sessions. These coaching observations form the basis of a personalized Development Plan outlining the player's strengths, key areas for improvement, and individual goals. The plan is updated as the player develops.

From there, sessions are focused, structured, and built around measurable progress — not just keeping players busy — with clear coaching feedback and regular progress updates for both players and parents.

Depending on the membership, players receive regular Palmar Performance Reviews using Veo video analysis, allowing both players and parents to clearly track long-term development.

Palmar is designed to complement — not replace — club training by giving ambitious players the individual attention that is difficult to provide in a traditional team environment.
