1. Information We Collect

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect the following categories of personal information:

Contact Information: Parent or legal guardian name, email address, phone number, and mailing address.

Player Information: Player name, age or date of birth, team, position, skill level, and development goals.

Registration and Safety Information: Program selections, scheduling details, emergency contact information, and health or medical information voluntarily provided by a parent or legal guardian.

Training and Performance Information: Performance Assessment Day results, development plans, coaching feedback, performance measurements, and photo or video footage, including footage recorded using Veo.

Payment Information: Transaction and billing details. Payments may be processed by third-party providers, and Palmar does not store complete payment-card information.

Website and Device Information: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, usage information, cookies, and similar technologies.

We collect this information when you register for a Performance Assessment Day, sign up for a membership or camp, join a priority list, make a payment, contact us, submit a form, or otherwise use our website or services.

2. Children's Privacy

Our website and online forms are intended for parents and legal guardians. A parent or legal guardian must provide information about a player and complete enrollment forms. We do not knowingly collect personal information online directly from a child under 13 without verifiable parental consent. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information to us without appropriate parental consent, contact us at privacy@palmarsoccer.com. We will take reasonable steps to review and, where appropriate, delete the information. A parent or legal guardian may also contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of a child's information, or to withdraw consent, subject to applicable legal and record-retention requirements.

3. How We Use Information

We may use personal information to:

  • Respond to inquiries and manage Performance Assessment Day, enrollment, priority-list, and contact requests.

  • Evaluate player needs and program fit, schedule and deliver training, memberships, camps, video analysis, and related services.

  • Create Palmar Development Plans, video-supported progress reviews, coaching feedback, and Camp Performance Summaries.

  • Process payments, administer recurring memberships, and maintain transaction records.

  • Communicate about schedules, program changes, safety matters, and service updates.

  • Send marketing or enrollment updates when permitted and honor unsubscribe requests.

  • Support participant safety, emergency response, fraud prevention, website security, legal compliance, and the protection of our rights.

  • Analyze and improve our website, programs, and services.

Coaching Footage and Promotional Media. Training footage may be used for coaching, performance analysis, and delivery of a service selected by the parent or legal guardian. Photos or videos will be used for promotional purposes only when a parent or legal guardian has provided a separate written Parent Media Release. Acceptance of this Privacy Policy does not authorize promotional use.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell or rent personal information. We may disclose information only as reasonably necessary to:

  • Coaches, staff, and contractors who need the information to deliver programs and support participant safety.

  • Service providers supporting our website, forms, email, scheduling, payments, cloud storage, communications, and video-analysis services, including Veo where applicable.

  • Professional advisers, insurers, accountants, and legal counsel.

  • Government authorities, courts, law enforcement, or other parties when disclosure is required by law or reasonably necessary to protect safety, rights, or property.

  • A successor or prospective successor in connection with a merger, financing, reorganization, or sale of all or part of the business, subject to appropriate confidentiality protections.

We do not make a player's personal information, image, or footage publicly available for promotional purposes without the separate authorization described above.

5. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use strictly necessary technologies to operate and secure the website, including the protection of our forms against spam and abuse. We do not currently use analytics, advertising, or marketing cookies. If we add such technologies in the future, we will update this Privacy Policy and our Cookie Notice and ask for any consent required by law. 6. Data Retention and Security

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including providing services, maintaining business and financial records, meeting insurance and legal obligations, resolving disputes, and enforcing agreements. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. However, no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Subject to applicable law, a parent or legal guardian may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information; withdraw a consent previously provided; opt out of marketing emails; or ask a question about how information is handled. We may need to verify the requester's identity and authority before completing a request. Some information may be retained when required for legal, safety, accounting, insurance, or dispute-resolution purposes. Promotional media consent may be withdrawn prospectively by contacting privacy@palmarsoccer.com, but withdrawal may not apply to materials already lawfully produced or distributed.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The Effective Date at the top identifies the current version. When appropriate, we will provide additional notice of material changes on the website or by email.
