From Bundesliga to Your Sideline
I'm Federico Palacios Martinez, founder of Palmar Elite Soccer and a former Bundesliga professional.

My soccer journey began in our backyard, where my father and I spent countless hours working on technique, first touch, and ball control. Those early training sessions sparked a passion that shaped everything that followed.
At 14, I was scouted by VfL Wolfsburg and joined one of Germany's top youth academies, where we won the U19 Bundesliga. I represented Germany at youth international level, and at 18, I signed my first professional contract with RB Leipzig, beginning a professional career that lasted more than a decade, including the Bundesliga.
Throughout my professional career, I learned from world-class coaches and experienced firsthand what separates players who reach their potential from those who don't. Raw talent alone is rarely enough. Consistent, purposeful training, attention to detail, and individualized development are what truly make the difference.
"I coach every player with the same professional standards that shaped my own journey — because talent alone is never enough."
